A communications network critical for creating public awareness related to issues of importance to the “Multicultural Waif Community” and connecting the community to a worldwide audience and resources. This will also facilitate multicultural waifs in helping to tell their individual stories and perhaps locating their fathers. The website will also facilitate volunteer translation services, a sponsorship network, instructional and self-help information, and a forum for ongoing discussion and communication between members of the Multicultural Waif Community and their supporters worldwide.
2. Waif of War Foundation Sponsorship of a Waif Family Program
Connecting a Mixed Waif Asian child and their family to an interest sponsor from our worldwide support system. This will be a key feature on the Waifs of War Foundation website. Through this program one sponsor can customize one's support offering to one waif child and their family. This could be as simple as establishing an ongoing e-mail relationship, or volunteering services, offering advice, or providing financial support at a level of one's own choosing. The most important thing in this program is to join the waif community and participate in helping waifs to help themselves.

3. Waifs of War Foundation Veterans Volunteer-Sponsorship Program
Return servicemen often desire to be involved in programs that aid and assist victims of the Vietnam War. This program connects return servicemen that want to volunteer their services with programs that aid and assist waifs of war. This could be as simple as supporting the trip of a veteran to Vietnam to work in a Waifs of War Foundation program or providing financial support that will allow a veteran to remain in Vietnam to actively lend his services to a Waifs of War Foundation program.
4. Waifs of War Foundation English Training Program
This program provides English training for waifs and their families with the aim of assisting waifs to connect with the international community that is interested in assisting them in their basic needs.
5. Waifs of War Foundation Food Assistance Program
A food bank for needy waifs to address their nutritional deficiencies.
6. Waifs of War Foundation Medical Assistance Program
Addressing the medical needs of waifs and their families.
7. Waifs of War Foundation Legal Assistance Program
Addressing waifs legal needs.
8. Waifs of War Foundation Social Welfare Program
Addressing the social welfare needs of waifs and their families by providing assistance with personal issues, employment, problems in relationships, family or parenting issues, drug or alcohol addiction, gambling addiction, managing finances and debts, utility or housing costs and difficulties with government departments. This program aims to develop programs which encourage waifs to value their skills and share their talents, enable waifs to increase control over their own lives, promote self-awareness, promote a positive self-image, develop positive relationships in their community and to build a strong community.
9. Waifs of War Foundation Opportunity Center
Addressing the material needs of the waifs by providing clothing, furniture, emergency prescriptions and showers for homeless waifs.
10. Waifs of War Foundation e-media Training Program
A computer center where waifs can receive e-media training and use computers to connect to their community.
11. Waifs of War Foundation Livelihood Programs
Providing waifs with a livelihood that is sustainable. If waifs are given food they will eat for a day. Providing them with a livelihood will feed them for a lifetime. The first livelihood projects could be as simple as providing waifs with Mekong Delta river fish cages to grow fish from fingerlings to fish of marketable size, appropriate training and guidance, and the technology to make the waif's livelihood sustainable for a lifetime.

12. Waifs of War Foundation Investment Assistance Center
Assisting investors worldwide to connect with profitable investment projects in Vietnam that will provide them with impressive returns on their investment funds. Accordingly a percentage of the investment profits will be used to support the programs of the foundation.

13. Waifs of War Foundation Father Seekers Program
Assisting waifs in finding their fathers.
14. Waifs of War Foundation Support Services Resource Center
A Safe House Resource Center in Vietnam. A bricks and mortar home base where multicultural waifs can meet and develop relationships with other members of their community; stay for short visits while completing institutional or government paperwork and interviews in Ho Chi Minh City; and access legal, health care, social and other practical and advisory services. This physical space is very important as a transitional facility to help move homeless multicultural waifs into job training, job placement, self-sustained housing, and/or preparation for immigration. This center will also house the food bank storeroom, the opportunity shop, the website management team and e-media training facilities.
